Passengers with disabilities do not have to travel accompanied. Guide dogs allowed. Cabin staff will advise deaf or blind passengers of emergency procedures on one to one basis. Where available an air-bridge will be used for boarding, otherwise a special liftable wheelchair will be used if necessary. Can cater for special dietary requirements.
